Thoughtful therapy for complex lives

I offer straightforward psychoanalytic psychotherapy, helping you understand patterns, symptoms, and desires that often feel confusing or contradictory.

Together we explore your unconscious narratives, making space for relief from anxiety, burnout, and repeating cycles in relationships in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.

As a Trainee in the Psychoanalytic specialism (registered with the UKCP), my approach is explorative, respectful, and attuned to appropriate pacing. I have many years of experience in neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and autism.

Services

Tranquil psychotherapy waiting area with nature focus: two empty chairs in soft neutral fabric facing a low wooden table, set beside a large window looking out onto a leafy garden with blurred trees and plants. On the table, a single plant in a simple ceramic pot and a small stack of books. Soft overcast daylight fills the room, with greenery visible outside, creating a calm, grounded atmosphere suitable for a therapy practice.

Individual weekly sessions in Redhill, Reigate, Surrey, or Archway, London. Online is also available, tailored to your pace, needs, and capacity for reflection.

Symbolic, nature-focused image for psychoanalytic work: overhead view of a wooden table by a large window, with dappled sunlight from garden trees falling across a blank white notebook, a single smooth river stone, and a small sprig of green leaves. Outside the window, a soft-focus forest edge in greens and browns. Photographic realism, quiet and contemplative, evoking reflection and the unfolding of inner narratives.

Specialist support around ADHD, autism, masking, and late diagnosis, grounded in thorough professional understanding of neurodivergent experience.

About

Making sense of your mind and how therapy can help:

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, notice repeating themes, and understand how past experiences quietly shape today’s choices and relationships.

Are you experiencing anxiety, low mood, internal conflict, difficulties in relationships, self-critical thoughts, or struggling with challenging life circumstances?

As a psychotherapist specialising in neurodiversity, ADHD, and autism, I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy to help you safely explore and understand your experiences.

This medium- to long-term approach provides a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where you can gently uncover the deeper patterns behind your symptoms, behaviours, emotional struggles, and relational difficulties. Many neurodivergent individuals (particularly those with ADHD and/or autism) find that this reflective process leads to meaningful, transformative insights and lasting change.
